I work with products. Usually that means figuring out what to build, selling it, and mostly making sure it actually works for people.
Most of that happens where product meets the customer. At Augustus, I helped build customer success and support automation at a global dollar bank, and median resolution time fell 82% in three months. At Langdock, I helped lay the foundations for their growth across product, CS, and GTM.
